Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped through UPS. Shipping times may vary depending on product availability, destination, carrier conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier and marked as shipped, responsibility for the package passes to the customer and the shipping provider. We are not liable for any loss, delay, damage, or mishandling that may occur during transit. In the event that a shipment arrives damaged, customers are required to file a claim directly with UPS in accordance with the carrier’s claims process and policies.

Return Policy

At our store, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Standard Returns

  • All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • All approved returns are subject to a 5% return/restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Installed, used, or modified items are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
  • Items returned in damaged or incomplete condition may be denied.

Special Order Items

  • Special ordered or non-stock items are only eligible for return within 15 days of the original purchase date.
  • Special order returns are also subject to the 5% return fee.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in original, unused condition.
  • Original packaging and documentation must be included.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method minus applicable return fees.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and is liable for any damage during transit back to dealer.
